Keepin it real out here in Midtown (West) I honestly don't quite remember the detail because it was from a while back. But the location is convenient if you work in Midtown, it's along bunch of other decent restaurants. The food itself was solid, straightforward. I got a pad thai (basic i know) and it was definitely to my liking, will probably visit again and try something else next time.

Always great food and service. I'm not going to tell you about pricing because I don't want to see a freakin line out the door the next time I come. There is not a bad dish. Lemongrass chicken awesome. Seafood salad for lunch fantastic. Crazy - they even have a happy hour!!

Delicious Thai food! Omghosh this place hit the spot considering I haven't had Thai food since March 2019. Although it's flipping cold outside and indoor dinning is still closed in NYC; Thai Select had a charming closed tent set up outside for outdoor dinning. Thank you! There were a few tables in one tent and making it a COVID friendly environment. I was comfortable. We visited for lunch and there were no customers in the tent when we were there. It was just me and my friend so we ended up having the tent all for ourselves and did not feel cold although the wind was harsh outside. This is the new norm now. They have a really affordable and diversified lunch menu. I'd ordered spicy chicken in basil sauce with white rice. And to wash it down I had a Thai iced tea. I felt as though the lunch special portion was filling yet not too much that would leave you bloated after. The basil sauce was delicious, tasty and by adding chicken was just perfect. It also came with sliced carrots and tomatoes giving it a nice mixture. Overall I was very satisfied with my deal. This is another incredible Thai restaurant I'm adding to my list. Our waiter was so nice and approachable. I'd highly recommend visiting Thai Select if you are in the Hudson Yards area in Manhattan. Stay safe!

Arrived in New York late and once checked in to the hotel, the front desk clerk told us this place was around the corner. Service was pretty good. Seated quickly but there was a lag in getting our order taken and getting the check. But our food came out quickly and was hot. I ordered the pad-see-ew with tofu while my friend (her first time ever eating Thai food) ordered the spicy noodles with shrimp. I also ordered some spring rolls. We both LOVED our food. The noodles were not trenched in sauce but had just the right amount. The noodles were tender in both dishes and my tofu was not overcooked. Worth a stop if you're in New York.

My Coworker lives nearby and suggested Thai Select. His favorite Thai spot in the neighborhood. We sat directly in front of the Kitchen and I can see all the action, so it was easy to get our servers attention if needed, but we didn't have to as our server came around often. No Problems at all. I ordered the Crispy Duck, a boneless sliced breast prepared with a delicious a curry. Tastes even better when I added the rice with the curry. So good! Overall, I was pleased with the meal, ambiance, value and outstanding service. I will come again for sure next time I'm in town for work. I will order the same meal. That good!
